Eat minimum calories - max protein and fat ratios to carbs with multivits. Don't go under min calorific intake for your size or you'll be too weak for...walking a lot. And I mean a fucking lot. Hold a couple of small weights in your hands when walking and make sure you swing your arms like you normally would without weights.
