Please help me bros, how do I make sleeping great again

Get some sun early in the day and switch the screens off at least an hour before bed

just go to the gym. working out = better sleep

Unironically this

People will talk about all sorts of shit like getting sun early, circadian rhythm, avoiding blue lights

If you are physicall exhausted you will fucking sleep, and it will be good sleep too.

this is true but there's no way you're working hard enough feeling tired like that.
OP needs to work out hard immediately after waking up and drinking coffee, for like 6 hours of hell, then it'll all be fixed

I don't know why but I tend to wake up at night (roughly halfway through which is 4 hours) after going to sleep dead tired. It gets bad to the point where I can't fall asleep anymore and I end up starting a day with 4 hours of sleep

Meditate when you can't sleep.
