i give up with exercise. i'm only 21 and training like a retard has given me so many injuries. my left shoulder is fucked, my right hip is fucked, my right rhomboid is sprained, both my knees hurt for some fucking reason. my lower back hurts sporadically. rehab isn't working. if i had access to a gun i would have blown my fucking head off at this point. i hate my frail fucking joints so god damn much, i wish i was like all the other invincible early 20's people who can do so much shit and abuse their body and come out of it scot free. i haven't been able to complete a single program without causing an injury and needing to take time off. i tried callisthenics and hurt my shoulder. tried running and tore my hip flexor. tried barbells and hurt my back. incorporated more rows to help my shoulder and sprained my other rhomboid. tried higher rep bodyweight leg training and gave myself runners knee on both knees. it's like my body just falls apart at the first sign of stress. i'm not even fat either, if anything i'm underweight. fuck this world i'm gonna go jump in front of a train goodbye have a nice day.

This is why you train bodybuilding style for newbie gains to boost up your physique to be more enduring for the heavier shit you can put on later, it will also allow you to recomp afterwards by cutting.

I recommend doing crawls first for weak people like OP, you probably didn't move around a lot as a kid. Side Crawls if you don't have much space.
