I need help from 4chan fitness experts. I have lots of troubles finding foods that aren't bad for me. I have lactose intolerance, so all whey/dairy is a no go for me. Even when you could say a lot of whey contains next to no lactose, it still fucks me up (after a co2 test they found my intolerance is severe, borderline allergy).

Anyway, I'm trying to add extra protons to my life, I looked into vegan protein, tried a bunch and all of them give me the most horrifying acne so I had to stop taking them

What the FUCK can I add to my diet to get easy and fast extra 20-30 gr of protein? I don't want to cook or chew anything.

lactose free milk is quite commonly available, i know someone with extreme intolerance and he can drink it i believe.
you could also try raw milk which has lactose digesting enzymes.

some people swear by it, but lactose free milk is probably the easiest option, some specific types of yoghurt maybe
