is there a muscle deep in the forearm here that attackes to the forearm bones and humorous? i think i tore mine

There are plenty of tendons and muscles in that area, odds are your arms are internally rotating which is preventing you from fully stretching your muscles and nerves over time.

Stretch subscap/chest.
Reset arms, gently increase mobility to neck/shoulders. Bicep/tricep.
Finally stretch out your forearms, trying to ensure arms do not hyper-rotate inward.
Also shove your thumb deep into the pronator teres while keeping your elbow at 90 degrees and gently rotate forearm left and right (about ten times).
People who internally rotate arm always have an absurdly tight pronator teres

okay i think it is the brachialis. Brachioradialis is the thicker one that forms a lump on the forearm near the elbow and this is fine, the pain is deeper

ill try some stretches too. i have been trying to dig my thumb in there is rub out the scarring like i have done in the past with other tears, but its hard to get in there
