Yeah easily, if you're doing high rep stuff it's mostly about lactic acid thresholds and stuff where you're not really waiting on muscle to grow.

All you got to do is take like 50% of your normal rep max and do 10 sets or so of throughout the day. Don't go near failure. Then every 3rd or 4th day go to failure just twice that day. Take the new failure number and apply it to the above method.
