I always LOL @ people who are in their 20s and make these threads. You spent your best years while your body was primed and fresh to get your act together and now that your testosterone and energy is in free fall and your joints are starting to harden NOW you want to "make it"? When you were in your prime you couldn't make it happen and now that the cards are stacked against you, you think this is when you'll suddenly turn things around? Haha truly delusional.
