Preparing a bunch of meals is a pain in the ass.
I just eat one big meal, brush my teeth after, and call it a day.
Eating more food means I'd need to brush my teeth again and I'm fucking lazy so I don't do it, works for me.

Whatever is served at work (salad + some hit dish + a slice of bread), at home usually leftovers from dinner

Fruit, dried fruit, a slice of bread with PB, some nuts or whatever random stuff is at hand
>dinner
Varied, but pasta dishes, stews and curries are common
>snack / small meal in evening
same thing as I have for breakfast, toast with jam or PB, fruit, ramen
