Hi /fit/! I will attend an obstacle course event on Saturday but I haven't exercised in quite a while. How do I get in as good a shape as possible for it in this short span of time? Should I focus on cardio and running?
>>74116652I would rather not embarrass myself at the event, wherefore I would appreciate some informed advice on this topic!
>>74116652Yea I'd focus on cardio, it takes a bit of time to build strength-
>>74116652>>74116697You have a week prepare? Really? How long have you been putting this off? Not gonna waste my time helping a procrastinating faggot.
>>74116652All you can do is study the obstacle course and try to learn the techniques to get through obstacles. You do not have enough time to get fit. You do not look like those pictures.
>>74117122I don't excpect to build strength, however, would there be any benefit to do some strength exercises anyway? To "prepare my muscles" for being exerted again?>>74117201I got the info yesterday, so I haven't had much time to prepare.
>>74117243>You do not look like those pictures.Of course I do, silly anon!
