so i been cutting on around 1900-2000kcal cuz i had high body fat percentage and now im noticing that my chest is flat af. Last time i did chest it was sore for like 4 days yet i look in the mirror today and it seems deflated and saggy. Am i doing too little volume? the upper chest seems ok althought not as dense.my chest routine right nowdumbell incline press 3 sets 8-10 + warm up setsWeighted dips 2 sets 6; 8 Flyes or machine press 4 sets of 8-12

I have just discovered that I actually have fat ojagvmmn my chest which I never realized, though not a lot. If I was to cut and the fat left my chest it would be smaller.

>>74116831You never had a chest to begin with. Reps and sets mean dogshit. Do exercises which take you ~1minute to perform until near failure. Rest a minute and go again. Do this 3-5 times. Target chest AT LEAST twice per week. Eat a lot of protein and rest.Done.
