I think I'm growing love handles. What is the best workout for my sides?

Only if you do like 5 sets of bench 2x a week and hammer all the other shit to no end. Big shoulders and chest even it out.

Also most people seem to have underdeveloped upper abs/core/serratus thats what makes some people look so wide.

Tomorrow, don't eat anything until lunch. Eat a small meal. 600 calories.
For dinner, eat another small meal. 600 calories. Don't eat anything but those two meals that day.
