Whenever I hit a PR or do a really heavy set it's always the skinny and out of shape guys talking shit about bodyweight and form, jacked guys always compliment me and call me strong, what causes this discrepancy? is it some sort of chihuahua effect smaller lifters being more stressed out and aggressive due to their size compared to bigger guys?

Perfrct form to full depth is not for hyperteophy its for tendon strength.

The weak don't understand that form breaks down invariably during a max lift. If you can keep 90% or more of proper form during max lift, you are doing well.

People don't like to feel inferior, so they spew out some cope to make themselves feel better. Another classic example is when fat women accuse cardio bunnies of being bullemic or anorexic.
