Is this true bros? I started taking 2 pills for anxiety, but If this is true, and I've also been taking creatine, I fear I might go bald really fast

Bullshit these baldcels coping looking for somethings to blame.
Ashwa is decent in cycles, same as tongkat.

Ashwagandha gives me crazy anhedonia, still it could be used in cycles

i used to believe in the anhedonia thing until i studied the dopamine system a bit more. ashwaghanda imo is only useful if you’re stressed as fuck and need to sort your racing / anxious mind out. this takes effort and not just popping a pill though. if you use ashwaganda and “dopamine detox”, it is very benificial for anxiety. other than that i still swear it off
t. bought a bunch, swore it off, and tried some again recently under this context.
for clarity i think in general “dopamine detoxing” is a fucking meme too, but the advice of avoiding your usual “feel good” / “reward” habits for a good while did help my anxiety and therefor overal wellbeing. i tried reading books after work instead of hopping straight on youtube or TV for example, to give my brain a rest.
