I think my right leg is weaker than the left and this is causing some pain on my right flute. this is affecting my running especially on downhills, how do I fix this? last year, on the very same route I was doing a lot better on downhill, now the pain stops me from even running, I have to walk most part of the downhill

I had the same for a few months, turns out my tendon was inflamed from a minor injury. Don't train for at least two weeks, then start doing deep bodyweight squats every second to third day for six weeks, then gradually add weights. Took me about four months of training but now I can run again without pain.
Keep stretching before and after every workout.

the paint started last year in July and it got to the point where I couldn’t properly walk because of pain, I took few months off and now is not that bad but I still
got some pain only when I run downhill. I do some deep squats and also once a week bulgarian split squats and step ups but the pain is still there.
