Why is it only eating 2 minutes before the gym or not eating at all? I like eating several hours before the gym.

Eating 1 can o deenz and small bowl of Cheerios in milk 2 hours before long dist running had me running to the shitter 1hour into my jog, blasting it out And into the toilet like a wet cannon in one shot. Don't deen it before exercising.
