Pretend I'm a retard who knows nothing about fitness and nutrition

I'm about to go grocery shopping. I want a strict diet where I eat the same thing every day. What should I get to fulfill ALL my nutritional needs while keeping it low calory to lose weight?

Steamed broccoli (1 cup): Approximately 55 calories
Quinoa (1/2 cup): Approximately 111 calories
Spinach:
185 + 55 + 111 = 358 calories

Mixed green salad: Approximately 100 calories (depending on dressing and ingredients)
Sweet potato (1 medium): Approximately 103 calories
1 orange: Approximately 62 calories
Total dinner calories: 230 + 100 + 103 + 62 = 495 calories
Total calories for the entire meal plan: 490 (breakfast) + 358 (lunch) + 495 (dinner) = 1,343 calories.
