I'm definitely not stretching enough for somebody as rigid as I am. Does /fit/ have a favorite routine for stretching they do? I know there is phraktureds starting stretching that I've done but feels a bit basic, and I feel I really need to put in a lot more work.

My hip/leg mobility routine:

Kicks
Bodyweight squats
Side bends
Squat stretch
Shawn Michaels pose
Side splits (putting an arm up high in the air one after the other)
Forward into lying down ab stretch
Backward into getting bummed pose
Upwards into upright ab stretch
Sitting buddha stretch
Stick a foot out and reach over for it with the other hand (both sides)
Onto my back, knee raise glute stretch
Pull knee into opposite shoulder
Piriformis stretch where you put your hands through a triangle of your legs
Lying on your back and putting your leg over the other and pushing it to the ground
Upwards into front splits
Same position, but knee down into glute stretch
Standing into quad stretch
Against a wall for calf and achilles stretch
Touching toes (going in a semicircle with hips)
Biker's stretch
