>>74121119I made my own fitness app, you could do it too if you weren't a brown subhuman lol
i like Strong, no ads and has little guides. lightweight so my shit phone can run it. looks native enough for android. i just used a notes app before, the app makes a little sound effect when I PR which I like
>>74122914>Premium features:>- Make your own workout programsApp doesn't look half bad, but do I really need to pay just to put my own split in there? That's lame if so.
>>74121119I made my own app that combines myfitnesspal, the zero fasting app without its cancerous monetization, routine, workout and progressive overload tracking, auto import of activities from strava, weight loss or gain timelines based on my body stats and activities. Got more ideas but I have a bigger workload at my actual job so I dont have time
https://www.fitnotesapp.com/ simple and effective
>>74121119>Do you use an app for tracking/logging your workouts?no
>>74124194On iPhone, so unfortunately this one does not apply to me, but otherwise it does look pretty good.
Hevy is good, it's virtually free unless you need to create more than 4 custom templates or save logs beyond 3 months. You can just input that into an excel file and use the app for tracking shit while you are in the gym.>>74121966this is beyond shit and impossible to do unless you absolutely sandbag the intensity, i.e it's a woman's busy work meme program
>>74123581Use Hevy unless you have more than 4 unique days
I hate fiddling with my phone. Physical pen and paper allows me to use a lot of short hand notations.
