I have trained for 4 years or so but during a busy period at college at work, I lost the habit and interest. I want to go back to training but it just hits differently. Any solutions?

Choose a different goal and training methodology. If you were focusing on strength then go fully into bodybuilding as one example. Or get into a sport and use lifting to supplement your sport of choice

there's no magical solution but just to keep at it regularly and consistently until it becomes a part of your routine, like any other habit. you can't keep at it? weak mind, zero self control, better luck next time
