I recently developed a fascination with cereal, specifically nutrigrain. Idk why, perhaps my neglectful cereal-devoid childhood, perhaps my body was just missing those nutricious grains? Only baby jesus knows.

Anyway, I am not a big fan of the taste of cow milk, and I couldn't convince my girl to lactate for me, so I settled for onions milk.

I based my decision on a pleasant taste, fairly healthy in terms of sugar, fat, protein etc. Balance and the general creamy texture. Who doesn't like a bowl of creamy grains?

The thing I noticed next is interesting. After about 2 weeks, my belly fat began disappearing on it's own, I feel more energetic, and I actually feel the urge to use the gym, rather than just paying a weekly fee and not using it. I feel great and I look slimmer and my bones feel less rusty, wtf is happening?

I am aware onions milk contains a lot of protein, and so far I am thinking this must be what has happened? Basically I have given myself a sudden protein boost and have become super motivated and more healthy? It's a lot cheaper than steak too, although I am also planning to go on a carnivore diet for a while and see how it effects me. RIP my wallet though...

TLDR for all y'all that don't give a shit about my story; Onions milk gave me a protein boost, killed my fat and cleared up my brain-fog.

Now just gotta do something about my autism.
