Okay this might be a weird one, but I can't stay at a calorie deficit due to one stupid reason unrelated to hunger or cravings.
I need to cut because my BF% is too high, but I go to the gym very often and give it all, almost every set to failure, and when I finish I feel like all my effort is going to waste if I stay at a deficit, so I never end up actually cutting and stay at a mantaining limbo. How do I stop this shit mentailty? Should I just train with less effort/volume since my muscles aren't growing anyway?

Incorporate high doses of eggs in your diet and you will gain muscle despite the deficit. I've lost fat and gained muscle at the same time by eating 12 organic eggs a day.
