Any tips for relaxing muscles?

I heard of a theory about baldness being correlated to skin tightness in the scalp. I believe this could be caused by some scalp muscles (mainly the occipitalis) being constantly tense and eventually restricting blood flow to these areas (along with other correlated factors like stress and lack of rest).

I heard this theory from a guy called Rob English who has a website (idk if he's a grifter though), and he had either read or seen himself that hair growth recommenced when men had been treated with botox (which is a muscle relaxant).

So any tips on how to relax your muscles or prevent muscle inflammation (other than massage)?
