A depressive episode hit me out of nowhere, briefly relapsed. Stopped eating and going to the gym, was bedridden for a couple of days.Yesterday I weighted myself at 147lbs, was 165lbs at 5'7 30-35 days ago. I look 20% smaller. I returned to the gym too, compound lifts have decreased by more than 25%. Isolation exercises not so much. I've lost mostly legs. Even my neck looks thinner.
Same brother. But now you're back, so keep going. Zoom out on the graph in a few years and this will be a small slide compared to the mountain of progress you will have made
