low fat diet, cardio, low calories. then add ephedrine, caffeine, cayenne

Calorie deficit + workout

For me, it's walking and sports (in my case tennis). Walking is extremely easy and doesn't make you tired and surprisingly burns a lot of calories and you'll notice a difference if you don't already do it. I know walking to places is a strange concept for ameritards but maybe you should try it.

p-smf until you break down maintence day(s) repeat
>>
eat less
try fasting and see if you like it. it is super easy for most people after a few days
>>
I asked chatgpt/gemini about increasing lipolysis and it said

Fasting, so I now break my fast at 1400-1500 by doing IF

Cold exposure, so now I go into a cold bath first thing in the morning to get thermic effect

Caffeine, so I drink either some coffee or zero sugar energy drink while fasting

Exercise, so I workout on an empty stomach before feasting

I'm cutting for the first time with a 300-500 calorie deficit and seems to be going well.

It's 21:01 and I'm a bit hungry though.

Walking was a gamechanger for me. Before I was doing high intensity cardio and stayed skinnyfat. Then I just started walked everywhere and got into the best shape I've ever been in to the point where people said I looked 'ripped'.
Walk-pill is real

Based walkers
I walk for an hour on my lunch break
I also walk to and from the gyms I go to for my sports
And I'm going on a 20mi charity hike in a month or two
Need to get a weighted vest and wear it while I walk

Shout out to the walking gang.

I walked from 300 pounds to 180. 1-2 hours a day. That plus learning about nutrition. Now I just walk to the gym, church, or grocery store.

Weird side benefit is that my calves look insane and vascular.

I take honey and cayenne pepper as my last 'meal' of the day, too.

This is true
I recently went on holiday with my mum and we walked all around the city, talking 60-70 miles in 4 days and at the end I felt incredible

Thanks, appreciate that.

This, plus low intensity cardio that gets you to 50-75% of your maximum heart-rate, for at least 30 minutes a day. Low intensity cardio is as simple as going for a walk (if you're out of shape), a light jog (if you're in shape already) or casual biking. Your body is more prone to burn fat stores rather than glucose during moderate/light exercise vs. high intensity exercise.
If you're fat and your goal is to lose weight, build a solid base of daily habits that include portion control (eg. not exceeding your BMR everyday) and walking. Only after that's habitual, *then* incorporate things like weightlifting or higher intensity cardio and eat a little more food for muscle growth.

God tier post. 100% right.

"workout" is a noun; it means "work out".
>>
Fasting and cardio while fasted plus building muscle mass to raise your BMR/TDEE

I just realized I could do curls of a light weight while walking.

Someone tell me why this would be a bad idea for building muscles and burning calories at the same time?
>>
>>74129871
its not. look up heavy hands. it was a thing in the 80s. dan john is a big fan. its not really about building muscle as it is increasing the amount of activity while walking. iwill try it this soummer for liss cardio once my arm heals

Creator of heavy hands btw
Dunno how old he is in this pic
Dan John is the only person in the fitness space I know of who advocates for this today
I would do it except you look stupid if you do it as the book says (raising dumbbells to chest / head / max height as you walk)

Not a single nigger has said DNP or even ephedrine yet. This board is dead no cap.
>>
>>74132288
Why would you want people to know about that? It has two end results they escape skinny fat or they die either way they stop coming here and this board gets less on-topic posters.

Just eat protein until you feel like you’re going to pass out, and call it a day. It’s totally impossible to gain bodyfat when you can’t physically eat more then 3,000 calories
