Couldn't work out or lift anything>Try to do pull-ups today>Normally do 5x10 reg then 5x8 hammer grip style>Thought I'd do lesser or at half reps>Just did regular style at 5x5. Sets 4 and 5 I was struggling with.What the heck, when do I get back to normal. This makes me feel so lousy. And how do I make sure ei don't hernia my abdo out
