Walk 10 miles a day, 1k calories * 30 days == 8.5 lbs
Add in cutting out milk and sugar from coffee == about .5lbs
Add in a leg workout on tuesday and an upper arm on thursday.

69000 calories in a month.
3500 calories per lb of fat.
69000/3500 is 19.77 ish i think.
So if he fasted for a month, he would lose 20lbs of fat. Maybe 10-15lbs of water weight, which would come back within 2 days after refeeding
