almost 1 year in gym

should I keep bulking? I feel too fat, I was 60kg before starting gym, so what the fuck do I need to do?, should I train my neck ? i dont think so, long neck are aesthetic af and makes me look less manlet ;)

what kind of body should I aim for, more shoulders? more chest? I dont like having too much chest

Arms and chest are underdeveloped. Traps are overdeveloped. I would cut 5kg and then lean bulk back up with a focus on the arms and chest. Mirin' that v-taper btw

I never focus trap, maybe is due my bad posture or because I focus a lot the shoulders exercises, any way to reduce my traps ? just losing weight ?

Have you tried lifting weights and not just being there?

I really changed a lot since I started, I was too skinny everyone could notice the change now, prob I am at 18% bodyfat or maybe 20% now, im struggling to lose weight and maintain 90-120 grams of protein per day, im aiming for 2k calories to cut or do some recomposition and lose fat ...

Calisthenics, I went from a twig to a better physique than this guy in just under a year, I put on 9kg and am 6.2.

I could have been bigger if I put in more work in the begginig.

edit: do calisthenics movements like musckeups pushups dips, sets and reps like gym, not static stuff.

Reduce the range of motion of your shoulder exercises a little. The top of an OHP is basically a shrug and going past parallel on lateral raises is all traps for example

Up your protein and reduce calories a little. You'll get what you're after much faster

Thanks to all, hope i get a qt cinephile gf when i achieve the aesthetic body
