Of course being confident in yourself and your body is important socially and mentally, but it is important to remember where you started
How long did it take before you saw the results you were looking for? How many hours lifting? How many days changing your diet around cutting or bulking?
Be proud of yourself, you’re making it! But remember that you still have more ahead to be the best you can be, and you’re not there yet, you’re just starting the journey

It took me roughly 9 months to go from 35.5 BMI to 26.6. In that time, I’ve also put on muscle in places I didn’t even realize I was missing muscle. I’m firm in places I didn’t ever think I could be. I put in a lot of effort, a lot of time. I still understand that I’m not hot, I just look like a person now. Nothing compared to the crazy stuff people here have achieved but I was like 78 kilos with zero muscle this time last year, then I’ve really only started to properly notice by progress in the last few months as I’ve got a bit of recomp going. Second pic was this morning.
