>>
>>74129621
I love fried eggs but my dietitian said i should be cutting down the oil. What's another way to cook them that tastes good?
>>
>>74129621
Ya. I drink 6 eggs every morning.

>>
>>74129621
I don't eat breakfast
>>
>>74129621
3 eggs each and every single day for the past 2 months. Sometimes boiled, sometimes scrambled, sometimes sunny, sometimes an omelette. I hate eggs, I despise them, if I didn't have to eat an egg for the rest of my life I'd be happy. I'll eat 3 sunnyside eggs tomorrow morning.
>>
>eating breakfast
Miss me with that shit.

>>74130892
Try fried eggs basted with olive oil. I’ve been doing omelettes and scrambled for years. At this point, fried eggs are the only kind I actually enjoy eating now.
>>
>>74129637

Oh noes.

unless you are close to Brain Shaw size this is complete overkill and makes no sense whatsoever
>>
>>74130935
Fried eggs with little or a lot of olive oil is what I've had for the last 4 days and the next 4. After that it's back to boiled and then after that omelets. I detest eggs.

I eat a cup of rice and 6 eggs every day for dinner.
prepare rice -> throw in pan with tiny bit of butter -> add eggs on side of pan -> mix when they firm up a bit -> add literally any sauce/spices
extremely cheap, filling, and easy

poached.
Boil water with vinegar (running boil). Turn it off. Put an egg in a sieve, then into the water. As many as you like. Cover pot. Take out in 4 minutes for runny yolk.

yea it's totally the 1/2 an egg a day and not the sneed oils, chemicals, trans fats, the rest of their junk food filled diet, lack of exercise and being morbidly obese that increases their risk of high cholesterol and cardiovascular disease. makes sense.
>>
>>74132115
Your body creates all of the cholesterol is needs you cretan.

What's the healthiest and easiest way to cook eggs? I'm sick of eating it raw
>>
>>74129637
stone non stick pan
needs like 1 teaspoon of oil, you just spread it evenly
been using it for 2 years
>>
>4 cuppas
>carrot snacks
>apple
ngl wanted to make eggs :|
>>
>>74129621
I have chickens so yes every single day
>>
>>74129637
Poached eggs and soft boiled eggs are wonderful. That said just replacing plant oils with animal fats is the way to go if you want a fried egg. But don't do butter unless you are white.
>>
>>74131675
Update: today I ate 6x eggs and a can of red kidney beans
for lunch instead of dinner because I'm on the road this evening
My work is offering a free blood test in a few weeks so I'm going to keep eating this until then and see what my blood looks like
>>
>coffee with whole milk
>4 boiled eggs
>1 slide of bread with mashed raw garlic and olive oil
It's breakfast time!

Good luck dying of a heart attack at 35, anon. Eggs are a sometimes food. You don’t need more than a banana and bowl of oatmeal.
>>
>>74136071
okay egglet.
>>
>>74136104
Fuck you, retard.
>>
>>74129621
Why do ppl like eggs so much in bodybuilding? They have too many calories for the protein they offer
Just eat chicken all the time
Breast preferably
>>
>>74136071
And how much protein does your banana and oatmeal have?
>>
>>74136142
You can get it from other sources than eggs, anon. You’re being purposefully obtuse.
>>
>>74129621
pasture raised ones
>>
For anyone getting bored with fried or scrambled eggs try these
I spray the tin with olive oil then add two slices of ham, add egg and some salt n pepper, put in oven at 350 for about 15-18 mins :)

I'm allergic to eggs I think. Whenever I eat them it gives me stomach pain for the whole day, bloating, burps, and acne for days. I've read somewhere that if I only eat the yokes I should be fine, and that it's the eggwhite that's the problem, but I haven't tried it yet.
>>
>>74136158
Well it's a little fucking confusing when you said "You don’t need more than a banana and bowl of oatmeal." THOUGH.
>>
>>74129621
I'm going to eat one right now thx

>>

Sneed oils do that
>>
Do it in the microwave, easy and tasty. Just break 1-3 eggs into a cup, stir it so it becomes a mix. Put to microwave for 30-120sec and watch it doesnt explode or raise over the edges and voila - all ready. You can thank me later. I usually put it on a sandwich.
>>
>>74136852
Make some fucking conjectures, anon. Goddamn. You have a dog’s brain.
>>
>>74129637
is excessive oil really that bad? i usually enjoy basting my fried eggs sunny side up, but that requires quite a bit of olive oil.
>>
>>74138045
Still ridiculous to say oatmeal and a banana is all you need THOUGH.
>>
>>74131177
Not only is breakfast totally unnecessary, if you skip it a few times you end up not even wanting it after you wake up. Basically, you conditioned yourself to eat right after waking.

Modern notions of breakfast were literally invented by companies that wanted to sell more breakfast foods. Literally.
>>
>>74135935
why not butter? I'm a light skinned med, is that a problem
>>
>>74136430
How consistent are the eggs?
>>
legitimately hate eggs and cannot stand the taste or texture but desire the gains, do I just eat them anyway?
>>
>>74129621
I eat them for dinner. Much easier on the stomach, allows me to sleep without waking up thirsty in the middle of the night.
>>74138122
https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Breakfast
Don't talk out of your ass. Working men always ate breakfast since the agricultural revolution.
>>
>>74129637
>What's another way to cook them that tastes good?
Butter or Greek yoghurt, but your dietician might not approve of that either.
>>
>>74139427
unironically raw. slap some salt andbgarlic powder on top and schlurp that bitch
>>
>>74136844
try buying the eggs from a local farmer so you rule out any contaminants from industries
>>
>>74139427
Just keep adding ham and cheese until you can't taste the eggs anymore.
>>
>>74129662
I am surprised few people replied.
I discovered this recipe this year and I keep forgetting of trying it. Will cook it on sunday

Try duck eggs, the different proteins might help.
>T. Have been allergic? to chicken eggs all my life, just started eating duck eggs and love them
>>
>>74129626
Try steaming them in a covered saucepan with a little water or even pinch butter until the yolk is the color you want and they should be perfect for over easy and a little bit more digestible too. Spices help.......

3 eggs every day. I'd do 4 but they're rayher expensive, so I stick to dairy and supplements for the filler calories/protein in my diet. Hell if I could afford it I'f eay 6-7 each day, between milk, cheese, yoghurt, wheyetc I'm milking a cow dry eaxh day just to meet macros.
>>
>>74136134
It's mostly because it helps with hormone production.
>>
>>74139622
The eggs I bought from the store were labeled organic and free range so I don't know how much better a local farmer's eggs are gonna be.

>>74139920
This never crossed my mind, but I'm going to give it a try. I just have to figure out where the hell I'm going to get duck eggs.

Poached or soft boiled.
You want the whites set and the yolk runny or soft, because it has all the micronutrients that get damaged from heat whereas the whites are basically just protien that gets absorbed better cooked.
Takes some dialing in, but you can poach an egg in the shell japanese onsen egg style. It's my favorite, and I'm still trying to get the timing right
>>

What fig is that?
