I'm not sure why taking high doses of creatine is considered natural while taking high doses of test is considered unnatural? What's the logic behind this?
>>
>>74137966
creatine is something you get from eating food, supplementing it is just getting it in a more straightforward way. test dosing is not something that would happen to you outside of HRT.
>>
I have this exact body type
>>
>>74137987
wouldn't I need to eat like 10 steaks a day to get that amount of creatine tho?
>>
the same reason taking vitamin D supplements is still "natural" you actual retard.
>>
>>74137995
Want to date?
>>
>>74137995
are you single?
>>
>>74137998
you don't?
>>
>>74137998
Yeah, but you also would need to eat fish and fruits and veggies daily to get the vitamins and minerals you need to be optimal health... or you could take a multivitamin.
>>
>>74138011
Isn't it like 2.5 pounds per 5 grams? I'm taking 25 grams for my loading phase
>>
>>74137998
No. Your body literally produces creatine. You dont need to fucking supplement creatine, how fucking retarded are you? The extra you get from eating red meat is just icing on the cake. Its not good or bad, its whatever.
>>
>>74137966
The real answer is that creatine does almost nothing (or literally nothing) and taking test actually does something.
>>
>>74138055
>your body literally produces test
>the extra you get from trt is icing on the cake
>>
>>74138055
So you're saying I'm taking extra creatine to increase my performance. Huh... Sound's kind of like taking test.
>>
>>74137998
not really, you get a pretty good amount of it from just eating like a quarter lb beef patty, a steak a day would probably be just as good as supplementing it but that's too expensive
>>
>>74137998
And how many coffee beans would you have to eat to get caffinated daily? Would you like to do that or drink a cup of coffee once a day? Creatine is just a supplement to enhance strength, just as caffeine enhances energy.

Damn if Steve Reeves would have loaded 25grams of creatine he might have looked like he lifted. Damn dude too bad the Jew™ hadnt come up with their creatine supplement back then.

Sure if your hypothesis is that creatine gives you similar results as testosterone. I know you think you were snarky, but you werentt. You were just retarded.
>>
>>74138072
you get way more caffeine eating beans directly than drinking coffee
>>
>>74137995
No you don't, fag
>>
>>74138077
red meat contains creatine they weren't deficient in it.

So the only reason creatine is considered "natty" is because it only provides a slight performance boost?

There's a lop of cope in this thread.
>>
>>74138055
Except studies have shown numerous times the positive impact of creatine supplementation on anaerobic performance.
It is literally *the* most well-researched supplement available, other than like whey protein
>>
>>74138246
"natty" is a shorthand for "doesn't fuck with your hormonal profile"
Thus, multivitamins, protein powders and similar things are considered natty, while exogenous hormones, hormone receptor modulators, aromatase inhibitors and similar are not considered natty

>>74137966
Creatine has a modest effect. I started with a baby 250mg a week test cycle. I’m a strong responder to gear but I went from a long stalled 275 max to sets of 5 at 315, 225 ohp, dunking a basketball, warming up with 15 incline one handed pushups supersetted with 25 flat one handed pushups at 6’3 230- actually started to do this to pre exhaust so I wouldn’t have to lift so heavy. Creatine gave me a modest bump in the number of reps I could do. Test took me to top 1% of guys walking around. There’s your answer
>>
>>74138290
Strange I thought natty was short for natural. Guess we're redefining the game out here.
>>
>>74138298
Yes, and pinning exogenous test is not natural, while eating more of things you already get from food is
>>74138293
You wanted to draw the line. That's the line. End of.
>>
>>74138329
Is eating 10 2.5 pound steaks a day natural?
>>
>>74137966
I'm getting high dose of creatine from food, its natural because its found from foods and you could eat the saem amount from supplementary product or from dairy bsaed products and regular meat eating.

Meat eating isn't natural for zoomers and alphas so its not considered natural by them sóytits.
>>
>>74138246
You're asking a bunch of dyels on the internet when you should ask a doctor. I just know that creatine doesn't replace your natural hormones. I can't tell you how any of that works.
>>
>>74138340
For some rich white folks it definitely was.

>>74137999

>>
>>74138077
He probably didn't need to supplement because steak was cheap as fuck since America hadn't decided to support the third world and migrate a bunch of them and turn the country into one too.
>>
>>74138340
Why wouldn't it?
>>
>>74137966

>>
>>74137966

Ive seen her naked, I wasnt impressed. Anyway, I dont consider creatine natty. I dont pretend to be natty. I blast creatine, Vit D,C and Zinc daily and Im not stopping
>>
The rationale is that creatine does next to nothing lol. You take it for months to have the stamina to eke out one extra rep. If it worked any better than that, it would not be natty, I assure you.
>>
>>74138745
Doesn't it give you like a lb of extra muscle per year

Creatine has minimal effect on increasing test. Shooting 500mg of test will increase your levels by probably 70x.
There's your difference.

One is hormonal and one is a naturally derived thing we get from food. Are you actually retarded or pretending
>>
>>74138067
Your logic is stupid because your body stops producing testosterone when you start taking it synthetically

Vitamin D is hormonal too is that still considered natty
>>
>>74137966
>considered natural
I don't know anyone that considers it natural, but maybe you mean not a steroid?
You can saturate your body's capacity for creatine just by eating certain kinds of food. Doing that isn't very realistic, but it is possible.
The same is not true for testosterone where the saturation point for test is multiple orders of magnitude higher than the limits of human anatomy. Testosterone is also a hormone
meaning acts as a biological trigger to modify your body whereas creatine is not (it is absorbed into your muscles and then remains there as creatine). Because of those two factors the effects and side effects of consuming testosterone are much more pronounced than consuming creatine.
>>
>>74138297
Did you go through an legit online pharma? Did you research side effects? I’m thinking about doing it.
