Im week 3 of canditos 6 week. V pumped to squat 4pl8 and bench 3pl8. Ive gotten sciatica when i lowbar so Ive switched and it seems to be paying off.

Can't do a pull-up

When I first started lifting (6'1" 150 lbs) I was benching lmao95 lbs for 3x5 but could already do pull-ups for 3x5.
