I'm by no means an expert, but I'll be honest so much food related stuff started to click for me once I started actually cooking, paying attention to the ingredients and whatnot. It used to stop if I externally rotated my shoulders, but now it doesn't, my right bicep continues to snap on every rep near the bottom of the eccentric, even when externally rotated. I've been doing face pulls, band pull aparts, reverse flyes, and other scapular exercises, but they haven't improved anything. How do I get this to stop happening?

I've been doing full ROM with 10lbs dumbell and high reps, feels great, not to harsh, and a good way to get my rotator cuff nice and strong. More of a PT exercise, not strictly for gains, just for shoulder health.

You're right, I shouldn't need to, but my anatomy is shit, so I do. There aren't any other good lateral deltoid exercises. Someone else said OHP, but that's mainly an anterior deltoid exercise.

My wife is about the same size as rebel in that pic. She weighs 205 right now. I'm a /fraud/ and made it my goal to do standing missionary with her.
At the moment, I can bench 235 for 3 reps, squat 265 for 4 reps, and deadlift 265 for 5 reps. I do cardio for 20 minutes 5 days a week.
Another important exercise are back hyper extensions. I do these weighted at 80 lbs for 12 reps 2 sets.
I also do a lot of accessory work.
Anyway I can comfortably pick her up by her legs, walk her across the room, throw her on the bed and have my way with her. I can also do standing missionary but I gas out after about 20 seconds so I need to increase my cardio endurance and get my lifts up so I can go longer.
Either way, it was a big win for me. I like picking women up during sex.
