I've had elbow pain for a few months now, tried resting for a whole week, didn't help and came back, tried working thru it and lowering the weight with better form, didn't help and came back sometimes even worse.
Mostly happens at the side of my right elbow which is my dominant arm, do I really gotta rest for a whole month? This is what I did when I had shoulder issues but people say you shouldn't rest for that long when having these issues because it can get worse, so what should I do?
>>
stop low bar squatting
>>
do wrist extensions/reverse wrist curls
2 sets to failure 2 times a week, slow execution
thank me later

Agree on controlled wrist extensions/curls, but disagree on failure especially if this is actually a tendinitis.

12-15 1-2RIR with progressive weight fixed mine, do them with your arms flat on a bench

it took me months to get less strain on my elbow. go see a doctor. if not, look up elbow therapy and do those for a month or two. you literally need rest and a lot of it.

Did you rest or kept lifting with lower weight? How long it took you and which exercises did you do?
