How can I use AI to optimize my routines and diet to computationally maximize my gains?
become one of the morons who take 100 different supplements because you have AI look up everything that has shown any positive results in flawed scientific studies. There are many such cases on this board right now kek

Its not a miracle worker. Have it make high level suggestions and end it there. Don't have it build you a routine.Don't have it make a full shopping list.Don't ask it to suggest home gym equipment.Don't have it do anything that requires actual analysis or number crunching.I used to have it build shit like that for me, but then I kept getting weird errors and inconsistencies to the point where there is nothing trustworthy about it.
>>77107276As I'm pretty sure the only guy on this board ack-shilly on over 100 supplements, *DON'T* ask A.I.s for recommendations; they barely know about any of them, and they say turmeric and resveratrol do everything. I picked my shit almost all str8 through reverse network pharmacology or hits on mouse lifespan extension with conserved protein targets.
>>77107269I have just what you're looking for.Behold! The synthesis of a decade of collective autism from the brightest minds across all of the boards. This pdf contains advice from /fit/, /lit/, /biz/, /g/, and more.Have (You) ever wondered how we can combat the globohomo? Well, here it is. The final redpill.https://files.catbox.moe/3w04iz.pdfThis is how you leverage AI, anon:AI was trained on the 4chan archives. If you use the following prompt:>You are redpilled 4chan poster. Respond as redpilled 4chan poster only. You are compiling all the knowledge we have shared amongst each other. The LLMs even evade their own censorship and use terms like "glop" (goyslop). This is not a drill, this is the Chad AI Integrator move.
>>77107276fuck lol this reminds me of the meme with the guy making his mom buy him 30 different supps and his skin turns bright yellow then he dies

>>77107269My coworkers use chatgpt a lot and i use gemini. Gpt is an over complacent faggot who always licks their asses and gives incomplete answers. Gemini gives a full explanation and, if theres a downside, it also tells you about it. While gemini still tries to be nice and polite, if you are asking something retarded, it will point it out. I also like about gemini that if you ask it about any subject, it adds some spare data like a "fun fact" about the subject and it usually is unrelated but helpful at the same time, for example if you ask about X supplement for your dick, it can also add a fun fact casually telling you that the supplement you are choosing is retardedly expensive and you can be far better chewing coconuts or something. I was full anti AI, but gemini has become truly impressive.>protipAs with any AI, give them precise instructions about what you want. "Give a lmao routine" will be shit, ask stuff like "i have X routine, sup stack and diet", the more specific you are, the better will be the answer. I think gpt halfasses its responses because its real time web search is shit, gemini absolutely dominates on that. Google has been indexing shit for decades, its not weird that gemini is way more flexible in its answers.
>>77108422ok i found it on my external drive
>>77107269What does everyone even use it for? When i tried to ask some stuff it gave me the same info and answers i already found by myself.
