The 30 year old 4 inch thick 12x12 concrete slab of the homegym has cracked in 4 pieces, lifted on one spot and sunken in another.$10000 to get it level again, my gains are withering.

Get some bags of concrete at a hardware store and mix it up. You need a wheelbarrow or bucket, a shovel, a hose, a level, a string, and some 2x4s and rebar to frame it out. Then put some plywood sheets ontop to set the weights on

No concrete slab is worth 10k unless you're physically impaired. You need some wood and nails a hammer a bucket and a tarp to mix up on. Ezpz.
