Alright lads I finally managed to get a grip and stop my doomscrolling addiction. I work out for 40 mins to an hour a day, have a job, then my free time is basically an empty void. What else to fill the time?

I've put on timers on some apps and websites. Language learning also helped. Like when I feel the urge I remind myself I could write a few sentences instead or something. Also I have a mini stretching routine I do sometimes when I feel like I'm going to grab my phone. Podcasts, audiobooks, discovering new music, stuff like that. Also breathing exercises. Slowly training yourself to not feel anxious when bored for some minutes.
