Has anyone tried red light therapy? I tried it for a week or so and soreness, joint pain is gone. Been using red and NIR together, seems too good to be true

Which seems too optimistic. I have no doubt it can work on your skin and maybe balls but I doubt it can work anything really buried in their like the shoulder joint bands. The question is how do you find independent verification for whatever nanometer wavelength of light this needs to be to begin with.
