So I take xeplion and abilify antipsychotics, I'm forced to take by law.Going to see if they can reduce my Xeplion dosage from 150 mg to either 75 mg or 100 mg.Ive been sleeping for over 12 hours per day, there is days I sleep for 18-20 hours. It's insane.I drink over 15 cups of coffee and 6 energy drinks per day just to have the energy to lift.I'm doing semen retention I'm on day 110. There was times I had a powerful aura on SR while also on medication, but my dose was much lower. Going to ask if they can reduce my dose back to the old dose. I also can't seem to lose any weight. The drive just isn't there. I wonder what I would have achieved if I never needed these medications. I guess that's pointless to think about now. I had so much energy and drive when I was younger.

Quit doing all that shit (just don't take em) including your caffeine stack and start going for walks in the sunlight
