where they ship the complete meals that you just heat up. been on this for a few months now, keep gaining weight despite each being less than 700 cals and me only eating 2 a day and some snack. i also have more acne for some reason which has never been an issue. i also have stopped eating fast food completely over the last 2 months and don't intend to eat any more of it. other than that ive started eating a lot of seaweed and drinking sugar free redbulls. my main question is are these delivery services actually unhealthy?
