I was thinking attaching the pcbs to a rigid base in a cylindrical case. It can't break if it's hold in place.Concivably you could also modify a fleshlight but going through all this trouble poring a 00 durometer sleeve seems trivial.As for going for more than 5mm, idk could work with that. The problem comes with the need of rigid support whereas a flashlight has air between the case and the sleeve.
