This is the worst email client I've ever used.
>>100143903why, is outlook that much better Ranjan?
Thunderbird search / filter >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Outlooks search
>>100143903Faggot
Everyone I know who uses outlook complains about it while everyone who uses Thunderbird is very content
>>100143978its almost like people come here to make shit up as le epic trollAnyone whos got a job knows outlook is total dogshit
>>100143903Why would you use anything other than mutt (optimal) or Outlook (corp IS forcing you)
>>100143903It has gotten better
I've used it only since 115 and honestlyI like it better than anything else I've used, except that it only seems to support minimize to tray and all that shit on Windows well whereas on Loonix it's a bit more complicated
its quite slow to load used to be faster but it works quite well. Its funny how opening gmail in the browser is faster than launching thunderbird. Better than outlook and its forced redesign NO I DON'T WANT YOUR SHITTY BULLSHIT MS. really they turned outlook into shit and then there are the constant popups and if you missclick there go 90% of your cpu for a min.
>>100144211Opposite, it's gotten worse since they went to "supernova." The whole thing has been a slow laggy mess since the upgrade. I've been using Thunderbird for a decade, and never had any issues with pre 115 versions.
The redesign made vertical mode usable honestlyBefore it looked like a cluttered mess where you couldn't read half the stuff.
Kmail remains the king
>>100143978Can you use outlook with thunderbird? Outlook is one of the few services left that allow you to register without a phone number
>>100144493They said they'll be implementing the outlook thing, but for now you gotta use the owl extension (it's paid, but if you are a programmer you know what to do)
>>100144493It depends on settings on your account. For example I can use office 365 account from uni but I had to figure out some of the settings as info from uni got outdated.>>100144581Not necessarily it may depend on the exact restrictions and settings of your account. As you said. I don't konw any JavaScript and I am hardly a programmer but I managed to go around the subscription of the owl. The dev does't really bock you from going around the DRM.
>>100143903Why is it the worst? care to elaborate, or are you just going with your feelings again tranny
>>100143903The logo is the head of a cute girl with a blue bobcut if you squint.
>>100143978Not anymore.
>only the OGs still be runnin this badboy
>>100143903It's the best we have though.
>seamonkey-project.orgthere is another
>>100143903Use BetterBird.
>>100143903Look at this child who had never suffered with a lotus product >>100145009most based
>>100144789>cute girl with a bobcut 404
>>100143903It's the only email client I will use. It's the only one that makes PGP encrypting emails trivial for all my non technical friends and does not rely on the fake E2EE that some mail providers brag about built into their system where they control the keys, lol.
Meh, I don't know what miracles people expect from a goddamn email client, Thunderbird does the job for me.
Isn't the same guy that ruined K-9 mail (oh I'm sorry: "modernized it") now in charge of Thunderbird?
>>100143903gmail ftw
>>100143903Sounds like a you problem
>>100145950Ohh BetterBird, I remember downloading it and finding it had malware, which didn't look like a false positive.Later the same day I checked downloading again, and it was no longer there. The supposedly same installer was different.I checked forums and internet if there had been an attack or something, but there was literally no mention of anything at all. That didn't leave me with a good impression.I recently saw a post that claim that the isntaller sometime get classed as malware but it is not. I'm not too sure if I can really believe them, for all I know one of their hosting servers is compromised and is playing games infecting the installer and the swapping it back to the legit version.
>>100146842Let me add, in my case the infected file was the main executable, not the installer. This happened about one or two years ago.

>>100143903>This is the worst email client I've ever used.TrueYou should use a real e-mail client
>>100143924In an enterprise environment? With an actual Exchange infrastructure behind?Yes.
>>100145009i literally still use eudora every day. get on my level, son.
Come home.
Ah yes the infamous poo Exchange, Microshit doing it's best to shit on email.>>100147715>In an enterprise environment? With an actual Exchange infrastructure behind?>Yes.
>>100144581>but if you are a programmer you know what to doI only know to copy code from stackoverflowusing davmail now and it works but it's a pain in the ass to login manually everyday
>>100144430>and never had any issues with pre 115 versionsthen why the fuck do you update retard?if it ain't broke, don't fix it
