I feel like you guys might be the better people to ask.I'm currently using a laptop for work and my secondary monitor goes unused most of the time. I find that the laptop being 14'' isn't specially bad for working, but still would be nice to use it.Do you think a stacking setup works well? Where the laptop is at the bottom (with the screen being used, not closed), and the external monitor is on top?

Bending the wood like that takes practice and can easily fail if you don't know what you're doing, ie with neat bends between flat stretches.
