Usually means the end product is better too bc people are not rushing to upload garbage like scene releases. Even then, sometimes an HDB encode is better, but it cannot trump in PTP for whatever reason so it doesn't even have to be an exclusive internal on HDB. Sometimes HDB encodes trickle down to other sites, but a lot of time they don't because they are slower.
