You can reliably get young people or old people, but any character between 25 and 50 who doesn't fit an archetype is an absolute crapshoot. I've noticed that even if it will always mess up nipples by a few cms, it's still possible to spot where it wanted to put it and just move it and redraw the areola and skin around it.
