AniStudio is /ldg/ territory, because /ldg/ is about FREEDOM.
We don't celebrate only the big, corporate UIs, no, no, no. We celebrate the works in progress too! The passion projects, the experimental builds by dedicated anons who believe in FREEDOM and in what they're doing.
That's the spirit of innovation, and what separates /ldg/ from everyone else and makes it the greatest general ever told!
>>
>>107468397
then why is comfyui being advertised?

GREAT question, Anon!
You know what ComfyUI was once? A work in progress! That's right! It started as someone's experimental node-based project, and /ldg/ supported it from the beginning. From DAY ONE. And look at it now, it's become one of the most powerful, most flexible UIs in the entire diffusion space!
That's the /ldg/ way, folks.
We don't wait for something to be "corporate approved" or "officially released."
We recognize potential when we see it.
We support innovation
So yes, ComfyUI is there, and AniStudio deserves to be there too.
Both represent the spirit of /ldg/.
FREEDOM!

no problem. this sort of lora is actually really, really easy to make once you know how. it's quite literally a 15-17 minute config on a 12gb 3060.
it was just a 3 image dataset and running the 512 configs you can find here https://app.mediafire.com/folder/5umia7jb5ovj2
this was the dataset https://files.catbox.moe/mcj84j.zip
(quite literally the two images you linked(one of them being cropped due to aspect ratio) and then one more, ran through autotagger and lightly gone over for captions)
it works better than you'd think for styles, works for fairly (new) simple characters or for really simple alterations(or stabilization) of characters the model already knows.

Tbh I wouldn't have a problem with xml if they made a node to make it easy to visually parse. As in, you'd get multiple text fields for each category and internally it constructs the prompt for you.

if you're using comfy or whatever I can't really help you because that shit's garbage and I don't touch it. I know there are standalone taggers but I don't use them so don't have one to recommend.
if you're using a forge variant there should be one built in where the tagger tab is. I just use swinVwhatever. if it doesn't show up you can just go to the extensions tab and look for an autotagger from the available tab and I'm sure you'll find something.

As if a modern LLM + transformer architecture diffusion model can't implicitly learn the different categories of tags without being handheld by XML.

This took forever to make and Laxhar clearly just copied RouWei's meme model setup with the same clips and Neta Lumina VAE and arquitecture.
Also it's hard to progress when everything's locked behind corporate secrecy and speculation. Laxhar probably panic released this 20 days early (was supposed to be Dec 27) because ZiT already mogged them on architecture. Should've released 6-7 months ago when RouWei's first experiments were actually novel. Now it's just irrelevant and DOA.

It wasn't a critique towards you, but if you have used any 4B models you know that they are not that good at discerning hierarchies but just lists.

I don't think it'll make any difference in this sense, would be insane if people are required to format their prompts to something specific outside of

It's still LLM and it should be treated like that.

Both ADetailer and Hires fix only automate functions that already exist in nearly every interface. ADetailer is just inpaint. Hires fix is just i2i upscale. Both are a waste of time and compute. Just pick and choose your t2i gens and upscale/inpaint manually. Much faster and less electricity spent.

>>
>>107474056
>hires fix adding characters in the background though
Could be several things. Your denoise is too high, which introduces too many changes. Your upscale factor is too high, which results in the model having to segment your image and interpreting each segment separately, trying to squeeze the entire prompt into each. These two compound. It could also be that you're just not specifying the number and arrangement of characters, which causes the model to interpret potentially "contradictory" tags (like different expressions) as belonging to different subjects - and subsequently adds those subjects to the image.
>>
>>107468269
What are my options for an illustrious-like checkpoint but instead of 1girling the scene can be described in more detail using sentences?
>>
>>107474102
Hmm...denoise is at 0.35, upscale 2x.
Can you check the generation data from this pic? https://litter.catbox.moe/v237jhsh6m0rrexg.png (it's SFW, file size)
Note the extra character on the stairs.
>>
>>107473981
Like the other anon said, adetailer is just automated inpainting and hiresfix is just img2img upscaling. The problems with them are:
>if you're doing a gen with adetailer and hiresfix, adetailer may fuck something up that the original gen didn't, and hiresfix may also fuck something up that the original gen didn't, and both of these things mean you need to regen... and the gen time is LONG because you're using adetailer and hiresfix
>hiresfix (img2img upscaling) is not ideal because you're having the model gen above its recommended resolution, so it's actually better to upscale without any denoise then inpaint over the upscale at a low denoise in sections at the model's recommended resolution to add detail
If you just want to automate the process and are OK with flawed outputs, then sure, go ahead and use adetailer and hiresfix.
If you actually want to produce the nicest looking gens you can, you should be relying on manual inpainting and not adetailer or hiresfix, as a manual inpaint takes WAY less time to produce (and is thus not a big deal to re-roll seed wise) than a gen with adetailer and hiresfix. You do not want to find yourself in a position where you are re-rolling seeds while using adetailer and hiresfix.
>>

That wouldn't be illustrious-like.
I think regional prompter or whatever equivalent works on your UI is what you want.
>>
>>107474223
Yep, pretty clear cut. You're not specifying enough and then giving the model a ton of pixel space with a fairly busy backdrop, which ends up with it trying to guesswork the background blobs using your existing tags as a crutch. In addition, 2048px is also a bit much for SDXL to do in one step. If you slice the picture up into 1024x1024 squares (SDXL's training resolution), you can kind of visualize what went "wrong" there and why the girl in the middle appeared.

In short, lower your upscale factor a tad and tag more to guide the model away from leaning on potentially inappropriate positives.

>denoise is at 0.35
Hahaha yeah wow that's so fucking high.
I do not use hiresfix and do not recommend using hiresfix. However, if you insist on using it, use 0.1 denoise.
>>
>>107474320
What on Earth are you talking about? If you do things properly, you can go as high as 0.7 denoise while keeping the composition largely the same. Denoise at 0.1 is just going to use the ESRGAN/whatever upscaler model you picked and barely do anything else.

The default value is 0.75.

This retard has a GAN upscaler look on his gens and wants yours to look the same! Talk about dragging bros down with yourself.

>while keeping the composition largely the same
And fucking up like 50 small details in the process.
0.1 denoise is enough to gloss over any upscaler model artifacts. That's the only purpose of denoise when doing a hiresfix run. Any extra additional denoise is just more opportunity to fuck up the original gen.
>>
>>107474320
what model
literally nothing changes with WAI at .50 denoise, I have to start at .55 if I want to see any actual changes to manual edits
The only thing that lets me denoise that low are """high speed""" models because they go apeshit at any little change

Mate, the very point of upscaling is to regenerate the image at a higher resolution to add and improve details. If that's what happens to you, you're doing something incorrectly. Can't tell you what without more context, but trust me. I've been down this rabbit hole since SD1.5.

At 0.1 denoise you may as well just use the Extras tab and rely purely on an upscaler model.

I don't use a -GAN upscaler, retard.

I believe you are simply more tolerant of minor generation errors than I am.

Funnily enough I used to be in your shoes. Oh, well. Suit yourself.

Not him, but that's exactly what people should be doing, then inpainting over that.
>>
>>107474571
But that's exactly what i2i upscaling does.
>>
>>107474598
No, he wants you to inpaint your whole pic part by part in 100 steps like brittle.
>>
>>107474598
It is much faster to reroll a new seed when doing a simple inpaint than it is to reroll a new seed while doing a simultaneous initial gen + hiresfix. It is best to simply avoid ever putting yourself in a position where you need to sit through the whole initial gen + hiresfix process more than once.
>>
>>107474621
If you're upscaling to a reasonable resolution, you should only need 2-4 inpaints to get rid of the upscaler model look.

Twin Turbo a cute! I would not want to try to gen her racewear with a local model, though. It is a nightmare of asymmetry. Nano Banana can probably handle it just fine, though.

It doesn't nuke most gradients with the following settings:
filtered = cv2.edgePreservingFilter(img, flags=2, sigma_s=128, sigma_r=0.01)
filtered = cv2.bilateralFilter(filtered, 256, 2.5, 60)

I can't help you with shit I don't use. autotaggers should just let you point them at a directory and it'll run a process to propagate text files of captions for each image based on whatever tagging model you're using.

> i trained on wai 11
shitmixes are called shitmixes for a reason. you can't really train on them. they glitch out, produce NaN's out the ass and generally look like garbage.
if you insist on using one as a model for generation you want to train on whatever ancestor model is the highest % of the mix. I know earlier wai was analyzed to be mostly eps 0.5(while lying about it to get around the licensing around the model), but wai is a "it's an actual mystery" because you can't trust a damn thing the publisher says and they don't actually publish their process.
