>>108059690I know, I assume that's the case for most people here, but try to do it just for the interview, you can be an ass to everyone after they hire you.

I understand why criminals commit crime. I’m not talking about rapists or those who commit sexual assault; I’m referring to people who shoplift, rob others of their money and belongings, or are involved in organised crime syndicates for financial reasons. Growing up, I used to believe that going to university, getting a degree, starting a career, getting married, starting a family, and owning a house and a car were a safe, stable, and secure path in life. However, with how society is changing so significantly and so rapidly, and with the way my government is operating, that is not in the interests of the people, I believe that many people who are in the same position as me can no longer continue in the same way. This unemployment, this economic instability, this political instability, this new norm, I refuse to accept it as my future. I genuinely hope that a collapse will come sooner or later.
>>108060482so true dude every day i understand why people sell drugs.. fk it i got a cousin in kentucky who does i might unironically join him at this pointdont give a shit about dying, prison for life seems aids but who cares man
When I applied to boeing I got rejection emails in the middle of the night, which was mid day for the jeet shithole
>>108060482okay but lets be fair there was crime even in the 60s when boomers were making $100 an hour flipping butgers
>>108060604Yes, but now we live in a world where flipping burgers are no longer safe nor profitable. Getting a job is no longer viable. What else is there for the common man? Rely on the state for gibs?
>tfw interview went just okhe said there were a lot of strong candidates.OWARI DA
>>108060637In the grander scale, you're going back to serfdom/peasant tier poverty. The idea that the rich let you exist with a significant portion of their wealth is a temporary idea that was born from the massive blood loss of ww1 and 2. With excess people again, and the military tide in their favor again, they can now use force to keep you from committing too much crime (like revolution). Not that they need to since they have new tools such as modern media, advanced propaganda, and the ability to control your economic prosperity based on how much you believe their lies. If you believe their lies (Equity, all races are equal) then you get a chance to compete for labor and financial rewards. If you do not, you get to compete for scraps. If you choose crime, they have force on their side to deal with you. In theory at least. Smart criminals obviously usually get away with it.
>>108060713>Option 1: Go down a life of crime and get shafted by the state by force>Option 2: Keep the system’s engines running by following its rules and you may have a chance at succeeding. The issue I see with the second option is that too many people believe and follow this idea. That’s why there are so many graduates in the same situation, unemployed, hopeless, believing that they’ll get a job and make it in life. But sooner or later, they realize that having a job isn’t enough because they can’t afford rising house prices, a car, or starting a family. The system will eventually cease to exist if people take the red pill and decide that the system they live in is not going to work out and will not benefit them, and therefore requires radical change. For the first option, that’s true. The state does have the tools and power to monitor and keep criminals in check. However, that only works if people agree to it. If a vast majority decide to go down option one, the state loses control and power.

im so fucking desperate. I think ive applied to 200-300 positions . Ive got 4-5-6 calls , and a few technical interview but never got the job. I fucking hate my life
I’m trapped in a job for literal retards. I literally saw a 60 minutes bit where they had this outreach program for actual retards where they gave them jobs and my job was on of them. If I dropped out of high school, went to prison, fell into a coma, slept for 10 years, and woke up with an IQ 60% lower than what it actually is, my position in life would be no different. Everything bit of education, training, and achievement from and including 8th grade had amounted to nothing. Pic unrelated
>>108062505hey listen little guy. nice job sending that message. I'm sure it must have been pretty hard for you to type and click send. I think you're doing great. you can't compare yourself to other handy cappable people. just do your best.
I ate a bunch of prunes before my interview and didn't even contemplate what that might do. Not even 10 minutes into the interview and I'm sweating bullets on the verge of sharting my guts out. Something must have shown because the hiring manager asked if I was okay. I asked to use the restroom and he said it would disqualify me because we hadn't passed the technical portion yet. I know if I stayed I would have shit myself so I just slow walked to the bathroom trying my hardest not to ruin my slacks. Hiring manager even had to escort me the whole way because it was an employee bathroom. Now I had this guy standing right outside my stall as I'm absolutely destroying the porcelain with thunderous sharts. I have never wanted to die more in my life than at that moment. I think the hiring manager felt bad for me and offered to reschedule the interview but I didn't even respond because what the fuck, I would never live this down if I worked there.
>>108061166>I would like to earn X amount of euro-currencies.change this to>I don't mind being competitive on salary, what's competitive look like?and let it roll forwardthis has worked for me before. because i was open to lowballing, and because the recruiter would look distrustworthy deflecting a *second* question, the recruiter didn't have much choice except to disclose the salary range. they also tried to get me to disclose my expectation and failed because of this approach.

Seniors think they're hot shit because they can set up an sql database meanwhile the interviews are going to ask them to find the longest common subsequence in "nigger" and "faggot", which causes them to shit themselves because they haven't used binary search in a decade. And companies don't give a shit if it's an unfair filter because they have 11 other "senior" level candidates that will jump through all of those hoops.

>>108060482>>108060501this is why high tech worker unemployment is a genuine national security threat. not that the "people" (jews) in power care, they want this country to burn to the ground. but if the tech unemployment problem gets bad enough, there will be a massive increase in domestic black hat hacking, and they will exploit non-internet-based attack vectors that third worlders simply can't use, that security teams haven't been hardening their systems against.your banking, your job, your infrastructure, all of it will be a target. prepare accordingly.

Just got a dev job at a company that has zero jeets working for them. I feel like I've won the lottery.
Will this get me a sys admin?
>>108072305what's the top company?
>>108075324Good luck.
>>108075305It did for me, about 14 years ago. I was changing careers into IT and picked up a CCNA. Definitely helped get me in the door as "the IT guy" for a mid sized company, which included sysadmin duties. Can't say if it would work now though.

>>108076741>>108076993We were 40 hours but it was flexible. So if something is on fire in production or testing goes late, which happens quite often, and you worked say 10 or 12 hours on Monday, you could just take off that extra time later in the week. But after a round of layoffs and "implementing scrum mastering" for our company, yes they phrased it that way, they noticed that "for some reason productivity isn't as high as it was before on a group and individual level". So now the new rule is you need to work 8 hours every single day mon-fri regardless of extra hours. So people are working many 9-12 hour days now without being compensated with extra pay or time off and management is celebrating getting productivity back on track. When in reality moral is at an all time low and no one gives a shit anymore. The general attitude is "we're going to half ass it until you let me go" nowAlso theres a ton of water cooler talk that if bonuses come in low this year despite this extra time worked everyone is just updating their resume and looking to quit>>108076996The issue is that because my company has embraced scrum master bullshit every single task needs its own testing and review as its own project. So it becomes a lot of extra work to break up a task into multiple peaces for no reason.Like for example, really fucking simple, if we have a task that requires me to make a 1) code file 2) update a label 3) update a form 4) update a table, then they are debating having every single one of those be its own project within visual studio. You're breaking up one project into multiple projects and then they want to join them together into one project/solution after its all done.I was on the meeting with a senior dev as management tried to explain it and I could see him dying inside because he realized this company is fucked
>>108077472This is the same company that got a new retarded female boss for my dev team and in her first month when she asked what I was working on and I opened up Visual Studio she asked me if I had "created .net core"

>>108059690>I don't care about making small talk with people or pretending to be friendly all the time. I just focus on delivering good quality work and that's it.Read 48 laws of power and learn how to become a good courtesan. Human beings who are incongruent and don't want to play the game have no value to the rest of us and don't deserve compensation in the form of a Jewish daycare occupation
Why are you trying so hard to be a wagecuck? Do you have any idea of what your (future) retarded boss has in store for you? You'll get low-balled and/or replaced by a jeet/woman. It doesn't matter where you are or how good you think you are. Get out of this industry or run your own business

>>108077610The problem with "Just start your own business!" is that it doesn't apply to IT. You can't remotely solve a plumbing problem, ergo small plumbing businesses can sprout up organically. You can't remotely solve an electrical problem, ergo small electrical businesses can sprout up organically. You can absolutely remotely solve an IT problem (excluding extremely niche fields like infrastructure), hence monopolies like AWS and Microsoft crushing any and all competitors who germinate. Even the bullshit government contracts that are supposed to go to small businesses are all gobbled up by subsidiaries of said monopolies.I guess you could start a cabling/fiber business but you're really more construction than IT at that point.
AI is going to make so many jobs redundant.
>>108077837>>108077826As someone who specializes in IT infrastructure, not my problem.
>>108077472>The issue is that because my company has embraced scrum master bullshit every single task needs its own testing and review as its own project. So it becomes a lot of extra work to break up a task into multiple peaces for no reason. That makes alot of sense actually. Personally if a team adopts scrum I immediately look for ways out.
>>108077826AWS/Microsoft aren't going into every niche in existence. What you need is focusing on resolving an IT issue for customers and handing out a subscription.
>>108078094>hey I know you can't get a job and don't have any work experience but you need to start your own company in a really obscure niche that no one could ever imagine and then develop your product with no capital and then cold call customers that you've never met and sell the product to them :)
