What's your go-to-market plan? That's the number one question you need to have a solid answer for. Until you have 100 *ACTIVE* users (which usually means ~1000 users, as 90% will be lurkers), the site won't self sustain. If you don't have an answer for how to get users, your altchan will fail. Building products is easy these days. Getting users is the hard problem.
