I have a lamp with two switches installed wrongly as:

How do I fix it into a threeway like your pic? Do I need to pass more wiring? (it's a rental, if I can fix it simply by reconnecting stuff on the switches, I might do it, but if I need to actually put down some wires (like blue/purple on your pic), I don't care that much, I'll leave it as is)

You need more wires and you need to replace the switches with 2 three way switches.
If you need 3 or more points where you want to turn the lights on, you need 1 or more four way switches in between the three way switches.
You do not need a ground wire on the switches, you need ground only on the lights, this is a trick that the wire jews tell you so you buy more cables.

Thanks, if it was just opening it up and reconnecting stuff, I might do it, but I dont really care since it's a rental. It's a small corridor too I almost never ever turn that light on. Only if it was trivial for me to 'dip my toes' so to speak, but nah.
