I reset the computer 20 times, restored my computer and I don't know what to do. Is it the update. It crashes my pc and won't load previews for my pictures. Can anyone help?

My 4chan folder and wallpaper folder always loaded before but they cause problems when I view them. Every restart they are fine at first. Then when I view them the explorer starts to bug out. And sometimes my pc crashes. This started after I restored files from my recycle bin from 2022. Anything else I should add?

Make a backup of your entire OS, then reinstall from scratch, if you remember you're missing something, you can get it from the backup in most cases
