I watched all the youtube videos, I played every game, I hosted every service, I corebooted my thinkpad, I played with rpis, I hacked my consoles, I watched porn, I watched brainrot, I read books, I played with LLM, I generated images, I created servers, I... I've done everything. There is nothing else to do with technology. Nowadays I just read my rss feed and maybe listen to some music and that's it. I come here every day to see the same posts. There is nothing fun to do with technology anymore.

Like everyone else that is millennial in tech I recommend you to use as little technology as possible and focus on human connection instead. Spend time with your kids, if you dont have them spend time with your partner. If you dont have that spend time with your friends. If you don't have those spend time with your (extended) family.Everyone goes through this cycle eventually. It's why all principal engineers look tired, unshaven and hate technology.I'm also planning to retire from the industry because I fucking hate computers.

I don't like fixed identity/personality way of doing things forums and "social" medias do things. I want the interactions to be mostly ephemeral and anonymous. I think Im going to start saving my money and dial back to only paying for anything. I plan on canceling all my AI subscriptions this fall. Dont even know what the point in paying for a VPN is anymore either. Any my systems hardware fails, im reselling them for parts and not replacing anything.
